Residents of houses should be able to pay for additional services of plumbers and electricians using online utility receipts. This was announced on April 19 by Igor Antropenko, a State Duma deputy from the United Russia party.

"Payment for additional services provided by management companies must be included in the receipt with all other utility bills in order to be able to pay for this service online," he told TASS.
