Lomonosov Moscow State University, UrFU (Ural Federal University) and KFU (Kazan Federal University) have the largest number of budget places. This was announced on April 19 by the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science.

It is noted that there are 30 thousand budget places in UrFU, 23.5 thousand places in Moscow State University, and 21 thousand places in KFU, RIA Novosti reported.

The top universities with a large number of budget places include Bauman Moscow State Technical University, HSE, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Siberian Federal University, Southern Federal University, Don State Technical University and MIREA.
