This was announced on March 18 by the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Esmail Bagai, on the social network X.

"Oh, is this the very international law that the EU is dusting off when it needs to teach others, while quietly giving the go-ahead to the aggressive war between the United States and Israel and averting its gaze from the atrocities directed against the Iranians? Keep the sermons to yourself: Europe's chronic inability to do as it preaches has turned its chatter about international law into the height of hypocrisy," he said.
