Private Kazimov led the defense of the stronghold during the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Private Vadim Kazimov, as part of the unit, held the stronghold when the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) opened artillery fire and used attack unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the exploits of Russian servicemen in the area of the special military operation on April 19.

Kazimov competently organized the defense of the positions. Since the beginning of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack, the Russian military returned fire and successfully repelled several attempts by the enemy to seize control of the stronghold. As a result, the enemy was forced to retreat with losses of personnel, and the stronghold remained under the control of Russian military personnel.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the courage and high professionalism of Lieutenant Vladimir Meshcheryakov, who acted in difficult conditions of enemy artillery fire, inflicting fire damage on the enemy. During the clash, he eliminated the Armed Forces of Ukraine and took control of the stronghold.
