Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico announced on April 18 that Lithuania and Latvia would not allow his plane to fly through their skies to celebrate Victory Day in Moscow.

"Lithuania and Latvia have already informed us that they will not allow us to fly through their territory on the flight to Moscow," Fico said in a video message on Facebook (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
