Special forces eliminated the shooter in Kiev. This was announced on April 18 by the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

A man in Kiev opened fire on people earlier in the day. According to local media, he then took hostages in a supermarket. The police are conducting a special operation to apprehend the criminal.
