In the Starodubsky municipal district of the Bryansk region, a civilian was injured when an explosive device detonated. This was announced on April 18 by Governor Alexander Bogomaz.

"Unfortunately, as a result of the detonation, the man suffered mine-explosion injuries and shrapnel wounds," Bogomaz wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, in the village of Kurkovichi, a man tried to lift an explosive device. The victim was promptly taken to a local medical facility. The governor clarified that he is currently receiving assistance.
