Flights are accepted and dispatched at Pulkovo Airport by agreement. This was announced on April 18 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Pulkovo Airport accepts and dispatches flights in coordination with the relevant authorities in connection with the introduction of temporary restrictions on the use of airspace in the aviagavan area," the agency said in a publication on the MAX messenger.
