The State Duma proposed to introduce a monthly payment to labor veterans

Veterans of labor in the Russian Federation may be eligible for a monthly supplement of up to 10,000 rubles. On April 18, Sergei Mironov, a State Duma deputy and leader of the Fair Russia Party, made such an initiative.

"We propose to set a monthly payment of 10 thousand rubles for each recipient (with the title of "Veteran of Labor." — Ed.)," Mironov said in an interview with TASS.

The faction also submitted to the State Duma a bill on the introduction of uniform federal rules for awarding this title.
