- More than 350 people will be relocated from emergency housing in the Lipetsk region in two years
In the Lipetsk region, another 283 million rubles were allocated for the resettlement of the emergency housing fund. The deputies of the Lipetsk Regional Council approved the relevant adjustments to the budget at the last session.
"The budget has already provided 167 million rubles for the resettlement of citizens from dilapidated and dilapidated housing. Today, another 283 million rubles have been added," said Vladimir Serikov, Chairman of the Council.
According to GOROD48, 133 million rubles went to the treasury from the Territorial Development Fund specifically for the citizens' resettlement program. Another 150 million was added due to the redistribution of budget funds.
In total, 17 apartment buildings with 167 apartments are planned to be resettled in the Lipetsk region in the next two years. More than 350 people are expected to move into new housing.
Taking into account the adjustments, the revenue part of the budget of the Lipetsk region for 2026 will amount to 103.5 billion rubles, and the expenditure part will amount to 126.6 billion rubles. The deficit has not changed and remains at the level of 23 billion rubles.
Earlier in April, it was reported that the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation proposed to introduce a mechanism for housing certificates for the resettlement of citizens from the emergency fund.
