Against the background of the FAS warning, Ozon spoke about the fight against counterfeit sellers

On April 17, Ozon, against the background of a warning from the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), told Izvestia how the marketplace is fighting counterfeit sellers.

"We pay attention to the requirements of the Federal Antimonopoly Service and will study the regulator's warning. Ozon sellers can receive the "original" plate if they have uploaded the current brand documents and passed verification, or after making a security payment — 3% of the brand turnover from the seller on Ozon over the past year. If it is determined that the product is counterfeit, it will be withdrawn from sale, and the security payment will be withheld. Of course, such a seller will also lose his badge," the message says.
