Sergei Krikun, the ex-lawyer of the leader of the Tambov organized crime group, Vladimir Barsukov (Kumarin), had a conflict with a member of the group, Alexei Tyabun, whom he subsequently attempted to assassinate. This was announced on April 17 by a source of Izvestia.

According to his information, before the attempt, there was a quarrel between the Screamer and Tyabun — Tyabun "behaved defiantly," and the Screamer made a remark to him.

"We thought that would be the end of it. As a result, Tyabun was walking home, on the way he met an employee who was supposed to bring him a cable to the apartment, and they went together. We went into the elevator, and there a Screamer shot at him. The cable guy miraculously survived, now he is acting as a witness," the source said.

It is also reported that the interests of the Loudmouth, who is charged with attempted murder, will be represented by Kumarin's ex-lawyer.

On March 13, the press service of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia in the Chelyabinsk Region reported that the Kalininsky District Court of Chelyabinsk found guilty members of an organized criminal group specializing in fraudulent embezzlement of funds in the banking sector. The organizer of the organized criminal group was sentenced by the court to imprisonment for a term of five years and six months to be served in a correctional colony of general regime.
