Kirill Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine (listed by Rosfinmonitoring as an extremist and terrorist), announced the government's plans to increase the influx of migrants from Africa to solve the problem of labor shortages. This was reported on April 17 by the online publication "Страна.иа ".

To implement the idea, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the country's Interior Ministry have been instructed to review the list of "migration risk" countries, which defines the rules for entry and legalization of foreigners.
