The architectural concept for the Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Technologies Center has been selected

The winner of the All-Russian competition for the development of an architectural concept for the complex of the Federal Center for Original and Promising Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Technologies in the Sokol district in Moscow was the project of the Muza Form bureau. The company proposed to create a complex of buildings with two high-rise dominants and a landscape park, the house said.The Russian Federation, where the competition jury meeting took place.

Over the course of several months, we have observed how ideas have transformed into complex, well-developed solutions that can set a new standard for scientific infrastructure. All the more valuable is the high result demonstrated by all the participants, namely, the formation of a high—quality environment for the development of new Russian technologies," said the Deputy General Director of DOM.Russian Federation Denis Filippov.

Vladimir Dorofeev, Acting General Director of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "FITZ of Original and Promising Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Technologies", positively assessed the projects presented at the competition. "Each of the presented works expresses something remarkable, whether it's the textured plastic of the facades, the thoughtful logistics of the interior spaces, or a thoughtful attitude to the landscape. We are faced with not just design solutions, but a holistic understanding of what a modern space designed for scientific creation can be," he commented.

The project of the Center for Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Technologies involves the construction of a complex of seven buildings organized around a central courtyard with functional blocks connected at the ground floor level by a continuous glass gallery with public spaces. The total area is 131 thousand m2, the implementation period is about 10 years.
