United Russia has collected 130,000 proposals for the national program
About 130,000 proposals for the new national program are distributed in five semantic blocks. The largest block, "Building the largest country in the world", gathered 44,000 initiatives related to medicine, education, housing and communal services, ecology and the affordable environment. This was announced on April 16 by the chairman of the United Russia party, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting of the Expert Council.
"The second block concerns labor productivity and personnel. He raised 30,000 to improve production efficiency, optimize resources, high—tech and digital solutions in industry, and train personnel," Medvedev said on the party's website.
He noted that 24,000 proposals were received in the direction of "Cultural and value challenge" (patriotic education, culture, art, youth policy). 23 thousand initiatives belong to the Demographic Challenge block (fertility, family support, life expectancy and quality of life).
The Defense Technology Challenge block brought together 12,000 proposals for the development of new technologies, strengthening defense capabilities and sovereignty.
Medvedev stressed that the support of ITS participants will be integrated into all sections of the program. The program will consist of two documents: an election one (for the term of office of the future parliament) and a strategic one (ideological and value orientations, strategic image of Russia). The party will present the framework of the program for decades in June, and in August — the national program for five years.
The start of the collection of proposals was given on February 19 at the forum "There is a result!" in Yekaterinburg. An expert council has been established, which includes Heroes of the Russian Federation, members of the SVR, representatives of science, industry, business and public associations.
On April 2, the RAPSI agency reported that the United Russia National Program will include an initiative to increase the number of tourist routes in the regions, including patriotic destinations with visits to places of military glory. Ivan Kolesnikov, Deputy General Director of Russian Railways, said that in the autumn of 2025, with the support of the company, the project "Journey through Hero Cities" was implemented.
