Over the past week, the Russian Armed Forces have carried out massive and five group attacks with precision weapons on Ukrainian military and energy infrastructure facilities, as well as on locations of Ukrainian Armed Forces units and foreign mercenaries. This was announced on April 17 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
