The crews of the US ships sent to Iran complained about poor nutrition

Sailors and marines from the ships of the US Navy, whom the command sent to the Middle East as part of Operation Epic Fury, complained about very poor food on board. This was reported on April 17 by the USA Today newspaper.

According to media reports, the US military sent their loved ones photos with plates of provisions to show what their diet consists of on board. So, in one of the photos from the universal amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli, there was only a small portion of minced meat and one flatbread folded in half on an almost empty tray.
