The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has established the involvement of Ukrainian commander Bulatsik in the attack on Bryansk

Investigators have established the involvement of the commander of the 7th Tactical Aviation Brigade named after Pyotr Franko of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the missile attack on Bryansk Evgeny Bulatsik (included by Rosfinmonitoring in the list of organizations and individuals involved in extremist activities or terrorism). This was announced on April 17 by the official representative of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia Svetlana Petrenko.

In relation to the defendant, a decision was made to involve him as an accused in the case of committing a terrorist act.
