It is noted that the transparency of such exceptional cases will increase: an electronic registry with information on all permits issued will be publicly available.

"The rules for the extraction of rare species in Russia have been unchanged since 1997. Seizure is allowed only in exceptional cases, among them — a threat to human life, the prevention of mass infectious diseases for other animals, monitoring the condition and conservation of the population,"the press service said in an interview with TASS.

In addition, an electronic registry will appear on the official website of Roskomnadzor, where information about all issued permits of the department will be entered.
