Hunter, the son of former US President Joe Biden, is hiding in California from creditors who have to pay more than $20 million. This was reported on April 16 by the New York Post (NYP) newspaper, citing sources.

It is noted that Biden Jr. himself claims that he allegedly currently lives abroad in South Africa, the homeland of his wife Melissa Cohen. At the same time, according to sources, he is actually located "in a luxurious estate" with an area of 8 thousand acres (more than 3.2 thousand hectares) in Santa Ynez, which is two hours north of Los Angeles.

"He tells everyone that he lives in South Africa because he doesn't have any money, but it's a ploy to show that he's broke and can't pay the bills," said a source close to the Biden family.
