"I immediately warned in custody that I would return, I would take the children," he said.

Golov noted that his stepson wrote to him in letters that Svetlana was abusing alcohol, swearing and beating children. The man stated that the evidence of such behavior of the ex-wife is in his phone, and he intends to provide them.

At the same time, his wife herself refused to answer Izvestia's questions.

"I don't want to talk to you yet. Goodbye," she said.

As noted by the Head's lawyer Ilya Martazov, the defense currently intends to deal with issues of his rehabilitation. This includes seeking compensation for moral damage and lost income for three and a half years of stay in colonies and detention centers.

"It also includes expenses for lawyers, lawyers, and, among other things, public apologies from the state prosecution for illegal criminal prosecution," Martazov said.
