In Russia, GOST standards have been created for the preparation of pea and crab soups. This was announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on its website.
It is noted that pea soup should be cooked on the basis of meat, poultry, fish, vegetable or mushroom broth. When cooking, it is better to use fresh or dried peas, which need to be boiled to a puree. This soup should be served with smoked meats and other meat delicacies.
Cancer soup is made on the basis of a strong broth of small fish. The soup consists of onions, parsley root, celery and parsnips. The soup should be served exceptionally hot along with the crab backs.
GOST for cooking dumplings was developed in Russia on April 5. The draft notes that the dough for dumplings should be exclusively unleavened. It is recommended to place the filling of ready-made products in round balls, and seal the edges with a simple pinch or "pigtail". Dumplings are boiled in salted water and served hot, sweet ones can also be served cold.
