In 2025, foreign companies increased passenger transportation in Russia by 21% (to 24.3 million people). This was reported on April 16 in the report of the Association of Air Transport Operators (AEVT).

"The growth of foreign airlines (aggressive growth). <...> Passengers transported: +21.0% (by 4.2 million people, for a total of 24.3 million)," TASS reports the text of the document.
