The court re-arrested the property of rapper Morgenstern in a criminal case

A Moscow court has seized the property of rapper Alisher Morgenstern (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) in a case of evading the duties of a foreign agent. This was announced on April 16 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

As the rapper's lawyer explained to Izvestia, the property had already been seized earlier, but the deadline had expired, for this reason, the state prosecutor appealed to the court with a new petition. The application of this measure to Morgenstern was reported in the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in January 2025.
