- The Federal Tax Service filed a bankruptcy lawsuit against Alibasov Jr. due to tax arrears
The Moscow Arbitration Court has received an application for declaring entrepreneur Bari Alibasov Jr. bankrupt. This was reported to Izvestia on April 16 by the court's press service.
The plaintiff is the Federal Tax Service for the Kirov region.
As follows from the case file, the basis for applying to the court was the presence of tax arrears — a negative balance was recorded on the unified tax account, that is, the amount of Alibasov Jr.'s debts exceeds the available funds.
A source from Izvestia reported on April 8 that the Presnensky Court of the capital had dismissed the lawsuit of Arina Alibasova, the tenth wife of businessman Bari Alibasov Jr., for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, as well as compensation for moral damage. The reason for filing the lawsuit was a story on the federal channel, where Alibasov commented on the dispute over the determination of the place of residence of their common minor daughter Emma. In a conversation with the media, the producer's son accused his wife Arina of using psychoactive substances and said that her condition allegedly threatens the child's health.
In March, it was noted that the statement of Alibasov Jr.'s wife about the beatings inflicted by her husband is being checked by the district police officer in Nizhny Novgorod. According to Arina, the conflict between the spouses has been going on for several months and is connected not only with personal relationships, but also with the issues of raising their daughter Emma, who has not yet turned a year old.
All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
