Sobyanin congratulated the staff of Filatov Hospital on the anniversary

Moscow City Clinical Hospital No. 15 named after O.M. Filatov is one of the leading medical institutions in the capital, about 200 thousand patients receive qualified care there every year. This was announced by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his channel in the MAX in a post dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the medical institution.

According to the mayor, the hospital performs over 90 thousand operations per year, including 5.5 thousand high-tech ones. The staff of the medical institution consists of about 3.5 thousand employees, modern equipment is used there, and the fleet of medical equipment totals over 13 thousand units.

"In 2023, one of the six flagship centers opened in Filatovskaya, which introduced a new standard of emergency care," Sobyanin said, noting that the hospital, in particular, uses the Triage system, the digital hospital program and hybrid operating rooms.

Special attention in Filatovskaya is paid to the development of obstetric and gynecological services. The hospital has two women's health centers equipped with advanced equipment, and multidisciplinary receptions are organized. "There is also a Center for specialized care for pregnant women with visual pathology and diseases of the heart and blood vessels of the brain," the mayor said.

The hospital has a regional vascular center, one of the largest in the country, with cardiac surgery being one of the key areas. Minimally invasive valve replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, and emergency surgery for aortic rupture are among the most difficult operations performed there.

In March, Sobyanin announced that in five years the volume of high-tech medical care provided in Moscow had increased by almost 50%. According to him, the city has made significant progress "in the introduction of modern methods of treatment in hospitals." The mayor added that this development was the result of systematic work, including, in particular, the creation of a new urban healthcare framework and accelerated innovation in clinical practice.
