Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, recommended paying attention to the words of Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, about the list of enterprises in Europe for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
