In the Russian Federation, the mechanism for calculating salaries for healthcare workers will change

In Russia, it was recommended to set the salary of healthcare workers at 50% of the total salary. This became known on March 15 from the relevant documents.

The relevant recommendations were made by the Russian government together with employers and trade unions. It is noted that in the structure of the income of a healthcare worker, the share of salary should be at least 50%, excluding compensation payments, RIA Novosti reports.
