"Krasnodar Airport. Additional time restrictions have been introduced on the reception and release of aircraft," the agency said in a publication on the MAX messenger.

According to the current NOTAM, Krasnodar Airport accepts regular flights from 9:00 to 23:00 (Moscow time), the Federal Air Transport Agency clarified.
