She explained that protein levels directly affect the feeling of fullness: it's not about the need to restrain yourself from sweets, but about a condition in which a person simply does not have such desires. According to her, proper nutrition does not require heroic efforts, but is based on a competent approach.
The expert added that many people are deterred by the cost of healthy foods, but cheap food gives short-term satiety and quickly leads to a renewed feeling of hunger, writes RT. As a result, even a small "dietary" snack can provoke overeating during the day, since physiology cannot be deceived.
