The Tyumen embankment is gradually going under water

In Tyumen, the Tura River flooded the embankment. The stairwells and descents to the water were already under water.

As noted by the news agency " <url>", the passages to the first tier of the embankment were blocked in advance. In 2025, the first tier was flooded only in May. The agency writes that the water level in the river has already exceeded 5 m. It grows by 20-40 cm daily. Since the beginning of April, the tour has grown by more than 3.5 m.

This year, the water level may approach a critical level. The likely flooding zone includes the Rodnichok, Autumn-2, Dubrava, Staraya Zareka and the DOCK.

Earlier, Natalia Yumina, head of the Department of river hydrological forecasts at the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, said that flooding in some regions of Russia would end only in early or mid-June. Severe floods due to a dangerous rise in water levels in reservoirs were recorded on April 13 in the Altai and Krasnoyarsk Territories, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk regions, the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia reported. The unfavorable value in the next three days will also remain in the Bryansk, Vladimir, Kursk, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod regions, Mari El, Udmurtia and Dagestan.
