Regions with the fastest growth in mortgage issuance were named in Russia.

As of February 2026, mortgage issuance to residents of the Republic of Ingushetia and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (AO) has increased dramatically — almost twice as compared to January. This became known on April 15 from the data of the Central Bank of Russia (CBR).

In Ingushetia and Nenets Autonomous District, the volume of mortgage issuance increased by 83%, in the Jewish Autonomous Region — by 55%, RIA Novosti reported.

But the lowest rate was recorded in Kabardino-Balkaria, the Tyumen region and Kalmykia.
