The UK opened a case after the overturning of a regular bus in the Moscow region

A criminal case has been opened in the Moscow Region over the overturning of a passenger bus in the Bogorodsky district. This is reported by the regional GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The accident occurred on April 14 on the 33rd km of the Noginsk - Borovkovo –Stromyn –Krest highway, near the village of Stromyn. According to preliminary data, the driver of a regular bus traveling on the Chernogolovka – Noginsk route lost control.

The bus flew off the roadway into a ditch and tipped over on its side. There were 15 people in his cabin at the time of the accident, one of the passengers was injured and received medical attention, the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya writes.

The investigator opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements." The circumstances of the accident are being established.
