Recently, research has shown an increase in public confidence in banks and banking products. Vera Podguzova, Senior Vice President and Director of External Relations at PSB, told about this during a press conference dedicated to the VIII financial forum "Just Capital".

According to Vera Podguzova, the PSB uses an entire ecosystem of tools aimed at developing financial culture among both individuals and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, and systematic activities in this area are already yielding results.

"Measurements of investment and savings activity allow us to see the needs and requests of customers. So, recently there has been a noticeable trend of increasing trust in banks. Most of the population uses such a traditional banking product as deposits. At the same time, there are many other products today, in particular, investment ones, which are still little known, which means that we need to continue to talk about them more widely," Podguzova said.

The PSB also analyzes requests from small and medium-sized businesses. "Based on the available indexes, we draw conclusions about how small and medium—sized businesses are developing, what their requests and problems are, what products they need," explained Podguzova.
