Severe floods due to a dangerous rise in water levels in reservoirs were recorded on April 13 in the Altai and Krasnoyarsk Territories, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk regions, the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia reported. The unfavorable value in the next three days will also remain in the Bryansk, Vladimir, Kursk, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod regions, Mari El, Udmurtia and Dagestan.
