The sports program "The Strongest" of the Easter Gift festival is taking place in Moscow: participants compete in strength and functional disciplines and participate in charity activities. This was told by the organizers of the events.

The program unfolded at 27 venues of the Moscow Seasons. Guests can test their skills in disciplines for free without participating in the prize competition. For those who want to compete for awards, participation in competitions for prizes is provided. For this, the participant makes a donation of the amount through a charity service. mos.ru . There are nine disciplines in total: twisting, jumping rope, push-ups, kettlebell deadlift, squats, kettlebell jerk, shuttle running, dynamic plank and kettlebell swing. Participation in the activities is free of charge.

As part of the festival, the strongest resident of Moscow will be determined, who will receive the appropriate cup. This is the main trophy of the festival, which is being played among the record holders of the day of the "Strongest resident of the District" tournament. To win, you need to set an absolute record of the festival in one of three disciplines: kettlebell swing, squat or kettlebell jerk.

Simracing competitions are also held at 12 venues. Participants compete in three classes: "Practitioner" (for beginners), "Pro" (for experienced) and "Masters" (for professionals). At the same time, the rule of one attempt per day applies. A virtual highway along 1st Raushsky Lane has been prepared for simracing. There is a separate women's competition: according to the results of the festival, the three fastest participants among all venues will be determined. The Easter Gift Festival takes place in Moscow from April 11 to 19. Various events are organized at more than 30 venues in different parts of the city. About 40 charitable organizations are participating in the event. Guests can support foundations, take part in relief campaigns, and take a pet from a shelter.
