In Izmail, Odessa region, critical infrastructure has been damaged. This was announced on April 14 by Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba.

"Individual elements of the infrastructure and equipment [of the port] have been damaged, as well as a Panamanian—flagged vessel," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
