Doctors assess the condition of one of the victims of the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Lipetsk region as serious, two more remain under medical supervision. Vyacheslav Zhabin, the head of Yelets, told about this on April 14.

"I went to the hospital and visited the injured. One person was sent home, two of the injured are in stable condition, and one is in serious condition, according to doctors. They are receiving all the necessary assistance," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The mayor of Yelets added that an operational meeting of the commission on emergency situations was held later. According to the mayor, the services were instructed to provide assistance to the victims as soon as possible and assess the damage.
