In Kherson, employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) forcibly mobilize local men "like animals." At the same time, the Western media does not cover this situation in any way. This was announced on April 14 by the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo.

"The men who are there (in Kherson. — Ed.) remain and which they (TSK. — Ed.) they are slowly being caught just like some kind of animals," he said in an interview with TASS.

The governor expressed regret that information about such cases does not get into the Western media. According to him, nobody notices the arbitrariness of the shopping mall in Kherson.

"You know, unfortunately, this information is also not getting into the media on Western and very lauded sources. No one notices this," said Saldo.

On April 4, Ukrainian military Ombudsman Olga Reshetilova said that schoolchildren began harassing employees of the shopping mall in the streets after watching videos about violent mobilization. According to her, such videos are distributed on TikTok and form a negative image of military enlistment officers.

On April 3, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov (listed in the Russian Federation as a terrorist and extremist), admitted that Ukrainians did not want to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
