Igor Bardin, the founder of the Lobnya Organized Criminal Community (OPS), who was involved in embezzlement of funds from participants in a special military operation (SVO) at Sheremetyevo Airport, was arrested in absentia and put on the international criminal wanted list. This was reported on April 14 by Russian law enforcement agencies.

"Igor Bardin was detained by law enforcement officers the day before, he was interrogated.
