The results of the Easter truce between Russia and Ukraine have shown Kiev's inability to reciprocate kind steps. This was announced on April 14 by the Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.

"The Ukrainian side does not perceive any humane steps, does not respond adequately to them and is unable to reciprocate good deeds or steps aimed at preserving the life and health of the civilian population," he told RIA Novosti.
