Dmitriev criticized the IEA's plan to reduce oil consumption

The recommendations of the International Energy Agency (IEA) on reducing oil consumption may lead to an energy lockdown. Kirill Dmitriev, special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), warned about this on April 14 on the social network X.
