"April 21, 2026 has been declared a non-working day in the Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, Irkutsk, Penza, Bryansk and Saratov regions, as well as the Adyghe and Kabardino—Balkarian Republics in connection with the Orthodox Memorial Day (Radonitsa)," she told RIA Novosti.
