Lavrov and Araqchi discussed the results of Iran's talks with the United States in Islamabad

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed by phone with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araqchi the talks between Tehran and Washington in Islamabad. This was announced by the Iranian Foreign Ministry on April 13.

"Our Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation. They exchanged views on developments in the region and on the negotiations between Iran and the United States in the Pakistani capital Islamabad," the ministry said in a statement on its website.
