Dmitry Milyaev, Governor of the Tula Region, and Andrey Ryumin, head of the ROSSETI Group, held a working meeting to discuss the implementation of major investment projects in the region. This was reported by the Rosseti press service.

The key area of ROSSETI Group's work in the Tula region remains the provision of electricity to new residential complexes and industrial facilities. In 2025, power engineers connected about 4 thousand homes and 15 medical institutions, as well as more than 100 industrial and agro-industrial sites to the grid.

"Today we discussed the implementation of investment projects. Special attention was paid to the power supply of new housing, as well as enterprises, including those under construction in the special economic zone. ROSSETI pays great attention to the modernization and development of the Tula region network. For us, the issues of ensuring the reliability of electricity supply to consumers in the region and the possibility of further development of all areas that require additional capacity are among our priorities," Dmitry Milyaev said.

In turn, Andrey Ryumin emphasized the importance of taking into account the industrial specifics of the region in the development of infrastructure. "The Tula region has significant industrial potential, and we always plan to develop our networks taking these features into account. Interaction with the leadership of the region and coordinated work are very important here. In 2026, we will invest about 9 billion rubles. We will complete several major projects, including the reconstruction of the main substation that provides electricity to the scientific and production cluster in Novomoskovsk," he said.

In addition, measures are being worked out in the region to develop the distribution grid complex. In particular, we are talking about providing electricity to the Novaya Tula microdistrict, as well as improving the reliability of electricity supply in the Yasnogorsky district, where there is an increase in individual housing construction.
