The court sentenced the ex-husband of blogger Lerchek (Valeria Chekalina) Artem Chekalin to seven years in prison in a penal colony. He was taken into custody on April 13 in the hall of the Gagarin Court in Moscow, the Izvestia correspondent reports

Chekalin will also be ordered to pay a fine of 196 million rubles. At the same time, the state prosecution during the debate of the parties, in addition to the fine, asked for 7.5 years in prison for the blogger.
