During the Easter truce, the number of strikes in the area of the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) decreased, but the plant is still at risk. This was announced on April 13 by Alexey Likhachev, head of the Rosatom State Corporation.

"There were a little less [strikes during the truce], but it is clear that the tension has not been lifted and the station is at risk," RIA Novosti quoted Likhachev as saying.

He noted that the situation around Europe's largest nuclear power plant remains tense. Despite a temporary decrease in the intensity of the attacks, the threat to nuclear safety remains.

On April 5, Likhachev announced the shutdown of the electricity supply to the Dnepropetrovsk NPP. It was clarified that the other line, the Ferroalloy line, remains in working condition. The head of Rosatom said that today it is possible to work on the power supply of the units.
