In the Moscow region, a criminal case was opened against a 16-year-old teenager on the fact of committing a terrorist act. This was reported on April 13 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia.
According to the investigation, the young man committed 16 arson attacks on railway facilities after chatting in a messenger.
