The Moscow authorities provide all possible support to young professionals, helping them build their career path in their chosen field. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about support measures for novice workers in the construction industry in his channel in the MACH messenger.

According to the mayor of the capital, the Moscow City planning and construction complex conducts a number of student projects that allow future designers, architects and other construction professionals to quickly determine the direction of their own careers. This year, for the eleventh time, the Open City Festival will be held for future architects, where young architects present their ideas. Since 2024, it has a children's program where students develop real architectural projects with the help of mentors.

Practical training has become an important part of mastering professional skills for students of construction specialties in the capital. Thus, the City Property Department has signed contracts with 23 Moscow universities. Last academic year alone, 270 people completed internships at the department. And MosgorBTI provides places for future specialists to practice in the areas of "Land Management and Cadastre", "Geodesy and Remote Sensing", "Applied Geodesy" and "Architecture".

For those who are already ready for full-time work, Moscow launched the Open Selection project last year. This competition helps graduates of construction specialties to find their first job, and developers to find new employees. The selection process takes place in three stages: from video visuals and online intensive training to solving real-world problems in front of an expert jury.
