In the Sumy region, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine holds reserves from several detachments of Spanish-speaking foreign mercenaries. This was reported on April 12 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"Residents of Sumy region report that at a distance from the front line, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine holds reserves from several detachments of Spanish—speaking foreign mercenaries," the security forces told TASS.
